Who we are

This website is operated by DASAP Technologies Limited (“DASAP Technologies”, “we”, “us”), based in Auckland, New Zealand. We handle personal information in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us, for example when you use our contact form or email us:

• your name, company and email address
• optionally, your phone number, industry and area of interest
• the content of your message

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry and to communicate with you about potential or ongoing work. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.

How it is handled

When you submit the contact form, your message is sent to us by email using Amazon Web Services (AWS). The website itself does not store form submissions in a database. Your message is kept in our email system for as long as it is needed to manage our communication or business relationship with you.

This website is hosted on AWS. Information may be processed outside New Zealand, including in Australia, by our hosting provider. Like most websites, our hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, we will update this page.

Your rights

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@dasaptechnologies.co.nz. If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, please contact us first. You can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
